Takaful Al-Sham Organization launches an urgent relief mission

To bring aid, shelter, and dignity to displaced families in dire need.

Children should be learning, not working.

Families deserve homes, not endless struggle.

Let’s change their reality—together. ❤️🏠😢

Have you ever imagined life in the camps? It’s a life of nothingness—a daily struggle for survival.

🚫 No safety from attacks

🚫 No clean water or sanitation

🚫 No heating in the freezing winter, no ventilation in the scorching summer

🚫 No protection from floods and storms

🚫 No electricity, no gas, no healthcare, no security

With no resources and no oversight, disease spreads like wildfire—cholera and other epidemics threaten lives every day.

A life no one should endure. A reality we must change. 💔

Millions in Al-Sham remain stranded, unable to return to the homes war has reduced to rubble.

With no means to rebuild or furnish their shelters, they are left in a cycle of endless displacement.

😢 Half of the region’s children are out of school—not by choice, but by circumstance.

Instead of learning, they endure grueling 16-hour shifts in dangerous jobs—hauling bricks, digging graves, sorting trash, and repairing cars.

Childhood should be a time of dreams, not survival. 💔

How’s the country after 13 years of WAR?

More than 16.7 million people across the Sham remain in desperate need of humanitarian aid. War, economic collapse, and sanctions have left them struggling to survive.

🏠 12 million people are STILL displaced—either refugees or trapped within their own country—enduring unbearable conditions that put their lives at risk.

😢 Half of the Sham’s children are out of schools, instead, they toil in dangerous, grueling jobs just to survive.

🛠️ 16-hour workdays in construction, grave digging, garbage sorting, and other hazardous labor have stolen their childhoods.

A generation is being lost
unless we act now. 🙏🏼

About Us

Takaful Al Sham was founded in 2012 by 5 groups of friends and volunteers who were interested in humanitarian work in response to the crisis that struck at that time. This crisis ultimately resulted in the tragedy of millions who have been severely affected in an unprecedented manner. Millions of children have suffered from violence, displacement and ignorance since and this leads to a dark future for the coming generation.
